"Hi
We would like to recommend the house we stayed in when we arrived in Adelaide. It is a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Woodcroft, fully furnished with everything you could need to live, cleaned once a week with fresh linen and all the bills paid.
The landlords are great too, a husband and wife team and they did all they could to help and advise us on where to go and what we needed to do when we first arrived. Without their help we wouldn't have been so organised.
We stayed at the house for two months (which was just the right amount of time for us to settle children into school and find a rental) and the time we spent there was fantastic. House backs onto golf course which is about 200 metres away and also takes casual players if your interested in golf (we weren’t).
We saw our first koala in the first two weeks; he sat in the tree behind us all afternoon, kids were very happy.

"We stayed at Woodcroft for 4 weeks this year as Russell had been recommended to us. The house is spacious and light and furnished to a high standard. Although the rooms are modern there are homely touches which make it feel like a home. To the rear of the house is a garden with a patio area which we loved overlooking the golf course is very quiet and we spent many evenings outside.
We heard kookaburras and saw many pink parrots although thankfully no spiders !!!! The house is cleaned and bed linen changed on a weekly basis. Russell is a mine of information he is willing to give any advice you may need regarding what attractions there are in the area as well as where to eat and visit etc.
We received a very warm welcome from when we arrived and even found complimentary wine in the fridge !!! In our opinion it is the ideal place to stay to make you feel welcome is within easy reach of Happy valley and the city with the beach only a short drive away. The local shops are only a 5 minute drive . we found the area quiet and neighbours friendly .

It's in a great location, very clean & tidy and a "home from home" when you have just landed from the other side of the world!! Thank you Russell also for your wealth of information, you must hear the same questions asked over and over again!!!
As you know we spent two months with you which was an ideal stay as it gave us plenty of time to relax and take our time to decide whether to rent or buy and not rush into anything. We have settled well and are enjoyed our new life in Adelaide.

"For anyone going to Sturt or South coast i can recommend ausselife.com. The guy who owns it is called Russell and he's from the UK but been in Oz 8 years. We stayed at his Woodcroft house with is right on a golf course. Its lovely and modern and it really is a 5 minute drive to 2 beautiful beaches of Christies or Port Noaralunga(our favourite).
Russell is really helpful and can assist you on most things you need to know. Its only 30mins from the vineyards too! He even put a Christmas tree up for us too on one of his weekly cleaning trips! I'd give him a look definitely
