Bookings -

Due to demand please book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited, please note that all bookings require a bond of $800 (returnable if no damage). Dates marked in blue on the calendars are booked, dates in red have been requested (please note no booking is final until your deposit has been received)

A 50% or $1000 (whichever greater) deposit is required upon booking, the balance to be paid one month before arrival.

Tarriffs -

Woodcroft Villa - $675 Australian Dollars per week.

Seaford House - $700 Australian Dollars per week.

No seasonal rate changes but book early for summer and Christmas.

Discount for Bookings over 1 month.
