Bookings -

Due to demand please book early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited, please note that all bookings require a bond of one weeks rental. Dates marked in blue on the calendars are booked, dates in red have been requested (please note no booking is final until your deposit has been received)

A 50% deposit is required upon booking, if within 2 months the full amount of rental is required.

Tarriffs -

Woodcroft Villa - £290 per week (or $650 Australian Dollars).

Seaford House - £320 per week (or $700 Australian Dollars).

No seasonal rate changes but book early for summer and Christmas.
